Argent Imagination Jewelry would love to partner with you as a wholesale customer. To begin the process, please register as a customer.
To register, provide us the following information:
Company name
Company billing address
Company shipping address
Phone number
Website address
Name of purchasing representative
Resale tax ID number
Once your wholesale registration request is approved, we will contact you to discuss your needs for designs and price points that fit your customer base. We can provide standard inventory items that can be delivered in quantities, or we can make you custom pieces exclusive to your shop. We will start the design process to a make a selection that we will put into our inventory for purchase through our web store. From that point, you will be able to enjoy the quick, easy and efficient process of placing your wholesale orders directly on our site! Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $500. Wholesale payment terms will be documented in our wholesale agreement with you.
PACKAGING
We can provide our jewelry on hang cards or in gift boxes. We will discuss the packaging and display requirements of your shop.
PLACING ORDERS
When you place an order you will automatically be sent an itemized email confirmation and invoice.
WHOLESALE SHIPPING
Wholesale orders will ship UPS and the price will be determined by the size and weight of the package. Shipping terms will be defined in our wholesale agreement with you. Shipping will usually take from 3-5 working days from the date of the order. Saturday, Sunday and holidays not included. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
Your order will have an itemized shipping invoice included in your package. Sales invoice can be included if requested and paper copies can be provided if needed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us subject to our Return Policy Guidelines stated below. You have the choice of either a full refund or store credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition along with the original packaging.
RETURN OPTION 1
Full Refund: For the first 3 days following the receipt of your purchase, you may return your item for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will also have our standard shipping charge of $6.00 deducted from the refund.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note it can often take one to two billing periods for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
RETURN OPTION 2
Store Credit: For the first 3 days following the receipt of your purchase, you may return your item for store credit, excluding any shipping charges. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will also have the standard $8.00 shipping charge deducted from the store credit balance. You will then have 1 year from the date you placed your original order to use your store credit balance.
Your store credit amount and how to use it will be communicated to you through email.
To Initiate a return: Please call us at (661) 496-4445 between 9am and 6pm PST and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and we recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Upon receipt of returned item, Argent Imagination Jewelry reserves the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item does not meet the Return Policy Guidelines as stated above.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because our products are unique, production starts soon after order placement. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after order placement. To cancel your order, please call us at (661) 496-4445. Once 24 hours has passed, you cannot cancel your order however, upon receiving your order, you can choose to return or exchange it in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy stated above.
CUSTOM JEWELRY
Because every piece of Argent Imagination Jewelry is hand-made, the item you receive may vary slightly from the photo on our website. The only real variations would be the shades of the stones used in the piece of jewelry. The reason for this is because I use only natural stones vary in shades, but be assured the variations will be minor, if there are any at all.
